Because the only time there is any separation is right after the snap. The longer the play goes, the easier it is for our receivers to get clamped up.

I mean defense has been really good the last couple of drives. Make them have to go another 15 yards. This board would be freaking out if we went for it and didn't get it. Now that 3rd play call, yikes.
