I tried to search for this but came up blank. Hope somebody can enlighten me. On Ticketmaster I see the 4 separate Champions Club pre-sale dates, then I see a "general pre-sale" on December 13th. Does anybody know what qualifies somebody for the general pre-sale?
There's some info here: https://www.ndchampionsclub.com/Nashville?erid=6945543&camefrom=EMCL_3146957_150456032
This shows that the Champions Club presales will close at 10PM on the 13th as they get ready for the general public sale. It also lists the general public sale as starting on the 14th. So i'm not sure about a general pre-sale.

For those that missed out on the Vegas trip because GA tickets sold out in seconds, An easy way to secure seats before the go on sale to the general public is to become a Champions Club member. Even if you join today, you still get the presale code to buy them early. If you graduated within the last two years, it's only $50. If not, you can get in for only $200. Besides getting presale opportunities like this one, there are many other benefits.

(Disclaimer - I do not work for UND or the Champions Club . Just want to let people know a better way to secure good seats for this game.)
This is good advice. It gets you in the door. I'm below 2000 on the priority ranking but I'll still get an opportunity to buy before the general public.

302/303 isn't part of the student section, though.
I know - that actually made it even more surprising. They must have been very belligerent.

Is this really going on?
There were cops talking to someone way at the top in 302/303 on Saturday night. Looked like a minor situation.

In fairness to the negative Nellies, expansion and growth are always reported prospectively, as in, investment, development, and jobs over time. Construction and expansion of infrastructure do not occur overnight. And the media does not always do a good job following up as those anticipated jobs are filled, houses are sold, etc. Plus, a lot of reported plans never come to fruition.
Layoffs and closings tend to have immediate impact, and we can all relate to someone losing their job, whereas not all of us are looking for positions in new or hot, young industries.
Blame it on human nature, not the individual humans.
Very true. It's hard to get excited about the new development that's 5 years away but it's very noticeable and immediate when that store or restaurant you frequent (or your employer) closes.

This is massive and yet it garners few comments.
People only like commenting on bad news. Good news doesn't fit the brand.

If UND could only draw 8600 vs #9 Montana St. doubt a move to the MVC vs. the likes of Mo. St., WIU, Indiana St., SIU and the like will help with attendance. NDSU, USD and SDU.....yes but that's probably it.
It will take time but rivalries could develop with a few of the other schools (like UNI) if there are good matchups or playoff matchups over the years. It's not hard to beat the excitement level of playing Cal Poly or UC Davis. If we never play those schools again I wouldn't care.

Anyone heard anything on when new Adidas replica jerseys will be available for purchase? I haven't checked in store, but they aren't on the Sioux Shop website yet. We're only about 2 weeks away from the Manitoba game.

Just make a modified "nickel" with a bison on one side and hawk on the other. It can just be the Dakota Coin or something.

Popolino's
The Cay
Bonzer's (Used to enjoy lunch there occasionally when I worked downtown - not many great quick lunch options close there)
Edit to add the Red Pepper - haven't been there much lately so not much experience with the bread controversy but was tough to beat for late night food back in the day. I still like it for some pregame tacos.
Blue Moose
Speedway
I've lived here for 11 years since coming to college in the fall of 08 and have yet to eat at The Toasted Frog or Sky's (never ate at Sanders either).

This was a missed opportunity to dig into a conference change conspiracy theory. "Did anyone else notice that the NCHC school banners are down? This has to mean we're joining the B1G right???"

I'll get everything updated tonight. Sorry for the delay. Chalk it up to "personal issues." Your patience is appreciated, everyone.
No worries - just wanted to check. Thanks for the update!

Hopefully someone in Grand Forks doesn't buy the version with the full hawk logo on the front -- he or she is likely to be tarred and feathered outside of REA if they're seen wearing it inside the rink.
I think that already happened:

Decided to hit up Pancheros for lunch yesterday. Their freshly made tortillas taste so much better than the reheated discs at Qdoba and Chipotle.
Agreed. I also like that they have diced jalepenos as an option to add into the burrito.

I probably went 0 for my first 20 tries of selecting tickets and then having someone else pick them before it loaded the payment screen. Ended up in 224. I'll take it. Was stressful though!
