Hire them some consultants? / maybe Lawyers ? / Advisors ? / Organizers ? / Raise $$$ to Help them get it done ? ? ? FAST TRACK IT Or is everyone just so burnt out on the whole thing ? (& have given up ?) Maybe send the normal donations to a group to get this done & long term agreements with both tribes- in everyones best interests - also ask for others to contribute ? We did it to get the crappy lawsuit challenge & crappy settlement with the NCAA

How come SD has State run Casinos ? Deadwood & we don't (closer to population centers) & use the $$$ for tax relief ........(NOT Higher Ed ) or like someone else wrote get rid of them altogether & a bunch of elected officials & those who appoint Boards, who do their own thing - I've lost alot of Faith in folks with advanced degrees or been in power too long

can the Govenor veto actions by the State Board ? Who over sees them ? Can a refferal vote override them?
