OK help me out - why are The Idiots making fun against the number 4?

Well baby steps toward sound. Hopefully the Sioux cheer is not to loud. There are likely students studying in the arena seats.

Maybe each section of the arena needs a cheer captain. Think of the organization honor for being a sectional cheer captain. (Oops sorry I had a thought there - after all who wants noise in the Arena - people are trying to watch the game).
