  1. Contrary to the above posting, Aeron Carr isn't gone or transferring out. He is going home for the summer though to train with his cousin.
  2. From what I've heard from some of the players, here's the list of players known to be leaving/transferring as of today: Kurt Palandech Rashad Williams PJ Sparks Hunter Wharton DJ Beard Taj Rich Zack Selland Tanner Vesladahl Nick Schmitz. Apparently all players were having individual meetings with Bubba to go over scholarships and expectations. Alot of complaints from the guys about lack of teamwork and bad locker room atmosphere. Apparently someone's even been stealing money out of players lockers for months.
  3. The team was told the told the two candidates would be interviewed and given tours prior to Christmas Eve with offers given by Christmas Day. The remaining guys are ready to get this thing rolling and start the new era.
  4. Not coming back I heard, serious injury was spinal cord related and I heard required surgery.
  5. Not much communication with the players, the guys are as frustrated as everybody else. There have been a few email updates sent to the players and families asking them to be patient but other than that they are finding stuff out thru the grapevine. The team went from having poor leadership when we had coaches to an apparent total lack of caring at all from the top all the way down.
  6. A brother of one of the UND players was talking to some folks today and said that he was helping Golladay pack up and that he was headed to NIU, will use his redshirt. I'd like to think he was just talking but my gut feeling is he's telling the truth. There's a lot of potential for the guys who redshirted this year and they have real talent, hopefully some of them will step up and be leaders and big producers for us. What a rude awakening for the 2013 recruits that came in to this fiasco and what an overall embarrassment for the UND program in general.

I think if we want to continue to recruit any top prospects we need to cut ties with Muss and company. The lack of accountability by the coaching staff and lack of heart by the current rostered players needs to be dealt with. The fact that we put our redshirt players in the stand because the coaching staff has deemed them as "A Distraction" is another argument. It's one thing to be put in the stands because you haven't earned a spot but to be on the sideline half the season and them put in the stands classified as a distraction when the current roster is embarrassing themselves is ludacris. Let's try to salvage some respect in our program.

If I wasn't related to someone affiliated team then I guess you could call it BS. But I personally am sick of the crap I hear about going on behind the scenes and in the locker room. All I will say is that 1 is an upper classmen and the other a freshman, it's not my place to broadcast their names. Straight from the players themselves. There are young men on our team that genuinely want to play ball and do so as a team but if the coaches hold double standards and choose to ignore issues than there's nothing you can say. What do you say to a player that tells you it doesn't do any good to talk to the coaches because they don't do anything anyway.

No BS here. I will state nothing here other then the facts as I know them and I do know them. Not as an outsider but a genuinely concerned party. It's funny you asked why the public wasn't made aware because some of the players are asking the same question. As I stated previously.....there is a complete lack of leadership throughout and what is that showing to the players that truly want to be a part of something bigger. One Team One Dream. UND has the potential.

There have been 2 arrests thus far that that I have been made aware of that were alcohol related but there are a few more out there that I'm not sure of, both upper & lower classmen. This lack of leadership by the coaching staff and lack of direction or concern by the athletic office is not only tarnishing the program but causing players to question their commitments. The amount of talent on the team, especially in the 2013 recruiting class should be motivation to build on I would think. Instead there is so much division being created within the team itself that its troublesome.

It is extremely disappointing and disturbing when you hear from several of the football players that there is no sense of unity or team in the locker room or on the field. When you are in jeopardy of losing freshman impact players that were highly recruited because of players fighting during practice and players getting arrested for alcohol with no consequence, there is a serious problem. The coaches laugh the fighting off as "competitive spirit" but in fact the guys are at each others’ throats. When players are being arrested and then not being disciplined by the staff, that's a problem. Incoming players who love the game and football DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS CRAP!! Somebody needs to step up and hold everyone accountable but that can't be done as long as you have a coaching staff that just shakes it head.
