Interesting to hear the story that BGSU was asked if they would join the NCHC when ASU and Mankato both applied the first time. They said no, Bergeron was the coach, and NCHC passed on ASU and Mankato. Like I've said NCHC was never going to add Mankato.

Other schools fans are very upset with UND right now, and how could they do this. A counter point was made to a SCSU fan, did you go to watch them play, oh no, well why does it bother you.

Fixing the easier stuff should be the first priority, since you’ll never get teams to agree on the tournament format. Even Rand didn’t say he was for home sites during the Frozen Four on game notes. The Providence’s, Quinnipiac’s, and Boston schools know they have a good chance to be out East in the current set up, so why would they want a change it to home sites. Promote the game since it’s not being remotely done out side of the College Hockey Inc ad “I played college hockey”. The NCHC didn’t stop talking about their tournament during games last season (or I remember them talking about it). The committee doesn’t need the other conferences to tell them to do that. Another one is why not wait until a week before the regionals to put tickets on sale. So you don’t get people buying the tickets months in advance thinking their team will be at one regional when they are at a different regional and to prevent resellers from jacking the prices up.
