There are some good players that leave the Major Juniors and play in the USHL, BCHL, AJHL, etc.. that would benefit playing in the NCAA rather than playing for CIS teams.

Jeff Tambellini didn't have much success in the NHL. Did have 3 really good seasons in the AHL though.

Colgate wins the Mariucci Classic 3-0 over Ferris State, but knowing how Minnesota fans are, they win say they won the Mariucci Classic if they win tonight. Good job by Colgate beating the top two teams in the country.

Now if Minnesota would have won the shootout they would be saying they won.

Canada got away with one against the US, that game seemed like every penalty was going to be called against the US as the game went on.

I think of this as an opportunity to grow college hockey along with recruiting. I'd like to see something where some college teams from different conferences go to Canada and play a couple of games. Like 4 NCHC teams and 4 WCHA teams.

Its also found near coal vains like the Tongue River in Montana and Wyoming.
