Well, if I was you guys, I would make sure to remember this incident with the total lack of the Diehard Hockey fans getting tickets like you want the next time Student Government elections come around. Perhaps Siouxsports here could canvas the incumbants and find out who voted which way on the selection process for tickets. In fact, some of you guys might even think about running for office, get a few of you together, and you would have a strong voting block there in the SG. Depending on how your SG is set up, you could even get a slacker like Diggler to be the president. I'm sure a few of you guys could fit it into your schedules.

You know, you just might be on to something there BF. I would have the numbers a little differently than you, but its defently an idea. Personally, I wouldn't mind if you could do the same thing as you do in College Hockey, be one Division for football and another Division for other sports.

4000? Hell, that would be more than what Bentley had when they hosted GVSU in the first round of the Playoffs last year. Looked to me like it was seating for maybe 2000, and everybody else just ringed the field. I was sure glad for that NCAA mandated Away team fan's section.

Oh God!! Not another Fan of the Massey!!! Even if it does make my team look very favorable, I still hate the thing. If any of you are on the D2 board and listen to Bulldog sing the praises of Massey, you would know what I'm talking about.

There have been outdoor Hockey games as well guys. There was Michigan-Michigan State out in Spartan Stadium a few years back, and don't forget about that one NHL game that was played on a CFL field, wasn't like Calgary or Edmonton against the Canadians??

What have you been smokin' again BF1234? No way do the Gophers win the Big Ten! Michigan State, Perdue or Penn State are more likely to beat out Michigan and/or Ohio state for the Big Ten Title. Isn't that a game where the Gophers are paying NDSU to play them? That useally means they are going to get whooped on fiercely. Think somewhere in the range of 45+ to 7 perhaps. Getting beat like that doesn't help recuitment at all.

*My God, I never thought I would see this, BF1234 putting together a post that I would agree with.* Lots of big DI-A teams do have indoor practice fields. I went to a football camp in HS at Michigan, and they got one thats 2 fields under one roof. Very nice. There is also a rumor around here at GVSU that they are looking to put one in as well, and might be also used for indoor track as well. I'm sure you guys could do the same if needed. I'm still bit of a purists about playing out in the rain, the mud and the blood, but sometimes its just not fun to practice in those conditions, or safe with thunderstorms and such.

I keep hearing about this awesome play by Digger, but where are some pics of it?? A video clip of it would be nice as well.
