Did the boys look motivated Friday night ?

Maybe Berry doesn’t put enough emphasis into this big games , staying even keel and his team shows up flat at times , (Nashville , Las Vegas any Nchc games at the Xcel. Not sure because I’m not in the locker room but in his 8 year run that’s is MO like it or not. Not saying you yell and scream but man try something different. He coached with Hakstol so he saw what it took to play well at the end of the year.

Love Gabers game but man he can disappear in big games.

One common denominator is Berry , can he not motivate the troops, I know he is not playing but he puts a game plan together and get all the guys pulling in the same direction and that hasn’t happened much under his watch in the post season for sure.

The beatings will continue until morale improves.

Just want the team to be playing their best at the end of the year not coming out flat and playing poorly , which happens a lot under this coach.

I used to look foward to the post season now I just wait to be disappointed.

Been a season ticket holder since 1984 and in all off Gino’s, Blais and Hakstol years I never heard once that the und hockey team seems soft and now about every year somebody brings that up. The only player that showed some fire last night was 28.

It’s just been lather , rinse, repeat for the last 7 years , Berry just can’t motivate his players in the post season.

The players didn’t want to see the gorilla get out of the cage ( Blais flipping out)

If it’s not coaching why have we been so poor defensively with changes in the roster.

Not the goalie pretending to be orange cones. With all the new D men we looked good in the first half once the coaching philosophy took over we looked like last years D core.

Is it mental toughness, poor prep, leadership ?

If Berry didn’t win in 2016 would he still be the head coach ? His teams do not finish well at all #Berryswoon.

#culture msybe we need two head coaches , a regular season (which Berry seems to put all his marbles in) and a post season coach. Check those boxes.
