Anyone that's been around this program probably hurts today, but's it's not like UND is a bunch of talentless hacks. You're not going to win the national title every year. Sure it would be nice to see the boys win it again but some weird crap is happening this year.

Instead of dusting the old one off, lets start the new one up. Time to fire the head coach.... The guy can't coach at all. Why do we pay him all of this money. He's been to the Frozen Four five out of nine seasons. Hakstol's teams have won 20+ games nine season in a row, his teams have made the Final Five every year that he's been the head coach. UND has won four WCHA Playoff and 2 WCHA regular season Championships under the much maligned head coach. In addition, Hakstol's teams have made the NCAA tourney every year that he's been at UND and UND just because the team with the longest streak 11 years. To put this into perspective, SCSU has won 2 NCAA games in their school's history. This is Yale's first trip to the Frozen Four in 60 years. It's hurts that UND didn't win it all this year, but it's not like UND won't be back soon. I will be back, again next season. *The author of this post realizes that many are frustrated with the current loss of the UND hockey program. This a shot at satire. But also a place for fans to blow off steam.

I told my buddy yesterday, that if UND had played the Gophers today it would have probably been a 5-2 game, favor of UND. Video is up from yesterday.

Did you guys noticed when Minnesota moved their feet yesterday, it wasn't even close.

I wouldn't be surprised with any result this weekend, but remember, we won't have WCHA refs and Minnesota hasn't played many games on NHL ice. Minnesota went from Oct 20-Feb 17 where they didn't play on NHL ice. On NHL Ice Minnesota was 4-3 if my math was correct.

One hour, it's 57 miles, I used to live out there, you can get around out there pretty fast.

But he posts on SB Nation. It still chaps my ass that UND isn't in that regional, whether they want to acknowledge it or not they have the cupcake draw.

I have been very good this year. Lost 38 pounds this year, cut down on the drinking and eating bad foods. Went to the Final Five and didn't gain any weight. Pleased with that.
