oh, the more I read, the more I'm bothered.... You realize the entire purpose of the NCAA is based on making money? from what I recall...Bennet Brien was essentially commissioned to produce the work and was compensated well for his effort. That's how America works! (See CAPITALISM - it's in the dictionary!) I haven't seen him complain about its commercial usage at all. The work itself and the explanation of the usage of colors, etc...symbolize exactly WHAT UND's nickname stands for. Have you tried to contact the "artist" that designed the Cleveland Indians logo?? You might have more of a bone to pick with them....

this game WILL NOT be on TV - I have it straight from the source. They want *sses in the seats for this one. I went to the Ralph this morning to get tickets for my in-laws...no line...straight to the window. I asked for their favorite section (on about the 20 yard line on the visitor side) The person behind the counter said..."Oh, the student section is wide open...I can get you on the 50 yard line" SWEET! PLUS...Tickets were $15 bucks apiece...cheaper than the regular season I think! Bottom line is - If you're in the greater GF area...there is NO REASON not to show up! BUY your tickets now (as I mentioned) GREAT SEATS are available...

DEFINATELY a hard guy to replace...old school, no doubt. I never had him as a coach but knew him on personal level during my 20+ years in GF and he was just like my old HS coach. Tough as nails, took no crap, taught you a lot more than the game - lessons you could apply later in life (even if you didn't realize it until YOU grew up). Thanks for all the years of service Coach Berg! You (and your style) will be missed....best of luck!
