I prefer to wait on news from official sources. If true, the news will come soon enough. I have plenty of "sources" as well. Sadly, perhaps, they are about as reliable and as informed as are you lomackman. These self-proclaimed know-it-alls simply do not know jack. You know the type? You should. Missed you at the Frozen Four. What, no free tickets come your way?
You really seem to hate the fact that others may know more than you. Why is it so ahrd to believe that someone has been able to get free tickets? Have you ever had a personal friend play hockey at UND or were you too busy attending schools in the Minneapolis area too? Do you tell the judge that he or she does not know what they are talking about?

Un-American Reservations - Lack of Property Rights unfairly burdens Indian economic freedoms
So in a sense, the United State government unwittingly imposed the idea of a socialist collective upon Indian tribes, which has proven to be a massive economic failure, much like HUD housing in inner cities. Both allow very limited property rights.
What's especially ironic is that the primary beneficiaries of the current system are the Indian leaders, who on each reservation bestow benefits upon their favorites, much like the Kremlin does. With each change in leadership, what was once "owned", may no longer be, creating an impossible situation for commerce and borrowing. It should be no surprise that these same Indian leaders would claim that nicknames are a form of discrimination, almost as a method of justifying their behaviors and lack of progress. That our supposedly intellectuals among us - college professors - should claim that discrimination from nicknames are a cause of poverty just goes to show how detached their ideals are from real economic understanding. Many college professors have socialist leanings, so they thought that Indian reservations have socialist economic policies that are failing miserably is not something they want highlighted.
How did that capitalist stock market crash in 2008 do for you?

Why is it people that are labled with the term "troll" are always discounted as having inacurate information? Is it because yellowknife maybe knows more than all the regular posters do? Is there jealousy on the part of the regular posters? Maybe because they do not and have never known anyone personally that is involved with the program?

I started the process of trying to get tickets for the NCAA frozen 4 two years ago. I got lucky and got drawn for my first frozen 4 2 years ago in DC. My wife and I enjoyed our time at DC for our first frozen 4. I also put in for the lottery last year for the debolicle(SP?) at Detroit. I ended up eating those tickets. I like to think i had a high enough priority number and that is what got me tickets this year in the lottery.Sure I was disappointed when the SIOUX didn't make it to the last two frozen 4's but I also hope I put myself in a position to get ticket this year. Which is priceless. It has always been my dream to attend a frozen 4 which the SIOUX participated in.I also responded to the e-mail sent out in January and purchased 2 additional tickets for a friend.

Over coached him would be more like it. He was closer to the girl's apartment than home? Not even quite the truth there. Even standing on DeMars he still would have been closer to home and a lot closer to Cenex than both.

Bingo...1600 minimum are given to the NCAA...there are the tickets I am talking about....these are the tickets given to other schools...surely you don't believe that there are 1600 + stuffed shirts from the NCAA at the game.
I wonder then how many of these are tickets that have gone to corporate sponsers and now are being sold on ebay?

How more hypocritical can one get than this post. I was not the one taking random shots at anyone. I was attacked by you and your brethren first. I do know a lot of people having lived in this town for a number of years. I sure to seem to be able to lead all the people here around quite well and twist their cajones into a knot with little effort. The kool-aid I am talking about is the flavor you share with all the like-minded people here who worship the hockey team, like the fat girl in the corner lusting after the star quarterback. If you people ever looked in a mirror and saw the reflection that was being given back you probably would be ashamed of yourselves. So you say you treat people the way that you want to be treated? Well then I am filling your wish.
