I saw his name a few times recently on USCHO. Maybe he will come back to enlighten us some more on how politically incorrect and insensative we are after this series? I was at the Denver series and I you'd think all the Sioux fans there read the USCHO board cause it was louder on Sat. than Fri. And I looked for some guy freakin' out, but no luck. I think a sign about Dora's smart-a$$ comment is a must. Haven't heard much about him lately....? Forgive me here cause I don't feel like looking it up and I know with the wealth of knowledge on this board someone will know. Was it the games against us or.... I know Dora was involved in some sort of major penalty. I think it was a bogus call against us? Like a 5-minute slashing call or something like that?

Question, how is it determined where the teams go for the regionals? Is it just a crap-shoot or is there some reason to it. Oh, wait this is the NCAA..... I live in the Springs, got my regional tickets in October, knowing that it would be good hockey no matter who was playing. How good are the Sioux's chances of playing there? I know, I know, lots of season left, blah, blah, blah. I'm just curious. You wouldn't be able to peel me off the ceiling if they came here! Since they don't play is Colo. Sprgs. this year, Denver was the only game I got to see live. Oh wait, I forgot about the Subway Holiday Classic. What fun, what fun! I wonder if the WA allows tail-gating........

Just in case someone who reads the message board does not get the alumni association flyers.... There will be a get-together of people, alumni and non-alumni alike, at the Sports Page in Colorado Springs, Saturday night to watch the Sioux demolish the Goofers. Starts around 5:30 MST. Just look for a bunch of loud, obnoxious people wearing green.

Ditto. I need all the help I can get with my slow as sh^t dial-up connection and when I start actually trying to go to different threads! Whoo, look out, re-buffering, missing the game. Life is not good.

Sorry. I posted it just as they got their 5th. Slow connection. I was thinking it during that time when it seemed like they were getting to the net just not scoring. That's what I get for "talking" without thinking. Great win by the Sioux. Nice that ZPar getting's some more points! Let's do it again tomorrow!

Duh! I just logged on and was quite surprised to hear there was 15 minutes left in the second and the score was 4-2. Hmmmm, didn't even cross my mind that MTU is eastern time zone. I'm so used to the games starting at 6, MST.... Oh well, here now! GO SIOUX!!

Interesting reads, thanks for posting them. I guess it is reassuring that people are noticing the treatment to ZPar and more importantly, think it is unacceptable. Did you guys read on INCH's weekly column about the phone call Greg Shepherd got? "While having a bite to eat at a Madison watering hole after the Friday night Wisconsin-Michigan Tech game, Shepherd's cell phone rang, displaying a Colorado number. Thinking it might be someone from the league office, Shepherd answered the call and got an earful from a disgruntled Colorado College fan, upset about the officiating in Friday's Minnesota-CC game." I thought that was pretty humorous.

I hope so! Already got tickets for that one. Fourth row up from the glass! Would absolutely love for the Sioux to stomp on the Tigers in their own building! Kinda get ahead of myself.... Here's to the Sioux for the sweep tomorrow night!

Name is Broadband PC and TV Satellite Systems. They are installing as we speak so I will let you know if they do a good job. They're in the Springs also. I called some other ones and one was down-right rude! Very! Typical Colo. Spgs. customer service, the guy I went with was pretty decent though. Nothing like Pete though.

This is also the system I got on www.mysatpros.com It's getting installed today so I don't know yet how it works. I'm optimistic! Yes, thank you for the Sioux Illustrated TV show info. I will have the SO check it out tonight (beer night for me ) I'm glad there is a way to check the signal before we go "live" tomorrow night. Really looking forward to the games. I also want to add that Pete was VERY helpful to me. Even with him knowing I lived in CO and he would not be able to get my business here, he was more than accomodating. Thanks, Pete! Should we make that leap to the Cities you'll be the one I call!

My satellite came today!!!! Yeah!! Gets installed on Thursday, can't wait to actually watch the Sioux play this weekend!!! Damn! That dish is huge! Okay, maybe not that big, but it sure was bigger than I thought it would be! Just thought I'd share.
