Who did SCSU beat in the Semi-final?we beat tech in three, beat duluth on thurs at final five, lose friday to a well rested minny team. go to toledo as the number two seed, beat niagara, then beat miami in a classic to advance to frozen four, beat minny in thursday semi final and then beat SCSU for number 8.

I'd love to see that list too......under the correct topic!!!!Yes, it is too bad that all scandals have been relegated to the B1G. No academic scandals or booster abuse in the Big 12, ACC, SEC, Pac12, etc.
If you don't consider the B1G as one of the premier conferences, I'd love to see your list.

....and soon ND.I think MSU probably has one of the more broad mixes of kids you will see in hockey. They've got kids from MN, WI, BC, SK, AB, MI, OK, MO, IL, CA, MA, Latvia, PA, ON, and AK. Lots of kids from juniors so they are coming from all over the place.

Even if the X did have control of the list.....what would the benefit be to help out the NCHC and the Target Center. The X will have a tourney going on at the same time.I'm pretty sure that the list would belong to the WCHA. The X just services it for them as a part of running the tournament.

I agree....someone like Niagra..... who was swept by Air Force this past weekend.(5-2 & 6-1)That's a tough gritty team. Kudos to their head coach...he's done an outstanding job in the past two seasons there.
The conference tournaments are going to be very interesting. I think some upsets may lead to a bubble team getting an auto-bid to the tournament and someone who is pretty sure that they're in is going to be sitting at home watching 16 other teams play.

Not sure how he has Providence as the conference leader right now. UMass-Lowell wins the head to head matchup with them.Moys bracketclick here.
EDIT: Unlike the WCHA who uses head to head matchup as the first criteria....hockey east uses win% of head to head matchups of all teams tied. So Providence wins the tie breaker.

Apparently he thinks they are going to avoid first round conference matchups at all costs. In my bracket i wasn't thrilled about a Denver vs Und first round matchup, but i was able to maintain decent bracket integrity and have teams in regionals that will help with attendance.So much for bracket integrity with those predictions, with a potential regional final of #2 Minnesota and #5 North Dakota. But I wouldn't doubt that the NCAA may try to stick us in the same regional.

If the season ended today i think they still would go to Toledo. Since BC and Und are tied I think they would put BC in Manchester and the Sioux in Toledo = ticket $ale$So I wonder if UND will now end up in QU's regional?
