I guess not letting the players go to Fremont Street last night didn’t make any difference.

Right, they both outscored their opponents when the defense got tighter. We didn’t.
And the guy that scored the only goal in the MSUM - Notre Dame game was wearing a fishbowl.

In 12 years under Hakstol UND won zero NC$$ championships. They made the NC$$ tourney all 12 years and the Frozen Four eight times and only lost the opening regional game twice (went 18-4 in regionals, 1-7 in Frozen Fours). If you had to chose, would you rather have Berry’s tournament record or Haks ? Berry is 3-3 in regionals, 2-0 in frozen fours with one frozen four appearance in six years (Covid year a non counter) and made the tourney in 4 of 6 years.
For me I think I would take Hakstol’s. The seasons were more fun when they would get to the frozen four so often. Not making the tourney or losing the first game is a real downer. Granted, losing in the frozen four was no fun either but it was a lot of fun winning the regionals so often…the season lasted a lot longer. Under Berry there was only one fun post season, and some years no post season. Not sure one title makes up enough for all the other quick exits.
Tampa was awesome so I’ll take Berry.

Correct me if I’m wrong
herald had a article about how successful these destination games are
i agree but I think they are successful due to the team winning. If the team drops another one I could see these not being as popular
part of the fun is cheering on a win
The game is secondary for us. It's a great reason to get away for a few days. Of course we'd like to see a win but a loss doesn't diminish the experience.

So who else got the email about the app you have to load to get into Bridgestone to prove you’re “clear”?
I did. It only took a few minutes to create an account and upload everything.

Given four weeks between shots and not fully vaxed until two weeks after second this is very, dare I say almost too late, notice.
Testing it is, if I still decide to go.
Pfizer only requires 3 weeks between shots. J&J is one and done. There's plenty of time.

My wife and I are vaccinated so it doesn't make a difference to us. LFG!

Somebody counting their chickens?
Luckily all of my reservations are fully refundable and I hadn't purchased Frozen Four tickets yet.
