He also has many things that most programs do not. World class weight lifting facility. Best training equipment. Biggest college hockey fan contingent in the nation. All home games on national tv. Players dont pay a dime for equipment (sticks). I think there was a article that there is like only 5 progams that pay 100% of sticks as most other jsut have a set aside moeny and dived out equally to each player and once that runs out, the player is responsible for it. Im willing to bet hak as an unlimited recruiting budget. I know hak has been a head coach before but has he ever won a post season title other than the final 5? WIth all the seniors, leadership, draft picks, skill players that the fighting sioux have this year, this is probably the best/balanced team IMO that Hak has had to date. If he cant put another banner up or atleast make it to the frozen four, i would hope faison sets down with Hak and has a talk with him saying that he is on ice that is as thick as red river in early december. Not on the thickness of the ice of red river in mid febuary.

Haks problem is he cant get his boys up for big games. If this is another one and done year vs some team out east or any team for that matter, yes i agree that we shoudl cut ties with hakstol. Anything less than a run to the final four is unacceptable with this team.

Are you kidding me? Are you in love with jones and the staff or something? Probably a kid of one of the staff or wife. Why in the wrold would u foul up by 31 wiht 6 seconds to go in the 3rd over time? I can hear jones yellin foul foul foul.. And they fould there hot shooter. They are lucky that he didnt get three shots as it was almsot a shooting foul from half court. Then its jones responsibility to tell the players to remember they got no time outs left. U cant expect a freshamn whose playing the in third overtime to remember they got one time out left. This is loss is on coaching and free throws simple as that. I dont know how this game even went to over time. JOnes is lucky this freshman class is good or he would be outta here no questions ask according to a few close sources. Lets just hope that none of these freshman leave of this year

there is a 2 page thread titleing Hammer gets a new Job but ill post here what i posted there Said on KFGO he was done. IMO, Hammer was our last lifeline to Fargos biggest radio station in his one hour show, he would atleast tlakb about UND football. Now im assuming sccoty miller will be doing it and i think eh could give a !@#$ less about sioux football/athletics. Any ideas for replacement? I just hope its not Paul Ralston. He is lousy at basketball and woudlnt be that much ebtter at sioux hockey. I often fall asleep listening to him. Also i guess could be john bernstrom who has done a lot of high school games the past few years but we shoudlnt be getting high school annoucning talent to announce a FCS game. Scott Swygman? Ed Schultz? lmao real long shot. almost like blais coming back to the sioux I jsut hope they dont go the cheap route and just find someone to fill the role like they have done the past with sioux basketball in having sean johnson who is teh assisnt ad doing bball cover who isnt much better than ralston. I think we can all agree that ralston sucks and is only doing play by play cuz he sells advertising for und same with sean johnson. also is boring and only does color cuz he works for und.

Farroh would be a nice walk on project wh could earn her way on to the roter and scholarship money IMO. I have seen gene and his stache at a few games tihs season and assuming hes watchin her.

kinda figured something was up when i saw dan at the sioux gopher games and told him i enjoyed him doing the sioux games. he just basically said yeh i wish i could do it forever.

Hearing from several different people that the yale program will face serious ncaa allegations and likely have multiple suspensions and maybe even some forfeits. Not going to start rumors but I know they are in trouble but not going to say unless i get it confirmed. Anyone else know anything

Also have to think of it this way 11 game schedule 1 fbs if we have 1 d2 one naia leaves 9 fcs means we would have to go at minimum 7-2 against fcs cause they dont count a d2 win rite when determining playoffs and most times a 7-4 record should get u in the tourney.. some times it doesnt however we would need to have a 8-3 total record however if we lose the d2 game hurts us immensley and we would be 7-4 if we won 7 fcs games we would be out of the playoffs cuz of the loss to the d2 team and they way mussman has his teams playing, i dont even know why im talking playoffs lol but just to put it in perspective.
