Demo should finish by end of August and will start end of June or beginning of July...Also hearing the memorial stadium to be demo'd in the next 2-3 years to make way for another facility. Source didn't know what type of facility it will be

Heard really good information from a really good source.... the winning bid for tear down of the Ralph was announced tuesday of this week... Should be starting to movie in equipment late next week if weather cooperates with destructuion starting in 2-3 weeks.
