Does anyone know who went on the road trip to Michigan?? Did they take any extra D men?

Yes maybe you were disapppointed to See ToewS out of the line up but ut Sounds like Davidson did just fine and was just as effective if not more. At least he had a shot on goal on sATURDAY WHICH IS MORE THAN tOEWS DID ON fRIDAY. Regardless of who we want to see play it's not up to us and it's our job to cheer them on and not judge. Sometime mixing up the lines works and sometimes it backfires. Either way we lost both nights and I wouldn't blame either on on either Toews or Davidson

Maybe everyone on here shoould stop attacking the players, the coaches, the other posters. etc. ttyhhh I have been reading this for days about how we don't have any "blue chippers", we don't have anyone who can score, we don'e have any defense. Crap maybe we should be thankful for what we do have. A great bunch of boys who work their butts off to try and play hockey at this elite level as well as completet a university degree at the same time. It's not easy to try and balance all your school work and practice daily and go on road trips and have to miss classes right before your exams. I know some jerlkwill come on here and criticize me for siding with the players. but I'd Love to see some of you so called fans try and balance everything. Now I'm sure wwhen the boys turn the corner and get back on the winning streak most of you bozo's who have been jumping ship will all say ""THAT'S OUR BOYS!! THAT"S HOW FIGHTING SIOUX PLAY" Meantime if you can't say somehting constructive then don't say anything at all.

Just a question. Since it's a tournament do they take the whole team??? Seems a shame if they make them come back and practice on Christmas day and then tell them they couldn't go on the road trip.

With Trupp out it would sure be nice to see both Davidson and Lamoureaux on the road trip. Any word on how long Trupp will be out. Separated shoilder takes a while to heal as this is also the one he's had surgery on I think

I agree. Give these boys a chance since it doesn't seem to be happening with the other lines. When davidson got his goal in Colorado Springs Hak called it a greasy goal but at this point we need any kind of goal we can get.

I think the potential is there for a strong team. They just need to change up the lines and maybe rotate the 3rd and 4th line a bit more. Put in the guys that have been sitting and give them a chance. Let Lamoureaux and Davidson play say maybe every 2nd game and give them a chance to prove themselves too. It certainly couldn't be any worse than what we have now

Let's hope Hakstol changes up the lines this week in practice. There has to be something wrong with the chemistry on the ice when we only score in 3 out of 17 power plays. Maybe it's time to put the blue collars workers (Martens, Lamoreau, Davidson out there instead of the "blue Chip Players" Just because you are not highly scouted or drafted doesn't mean that you can't play college hockey. But you sure can't score sitting in the stands or riding the pine all the time. Maybe it's time to shake things up a bit since it's pretty obvious that what we're doing is not working!!!

Maybe they should change things up a bit and give the walk-ons more credit. It doesn't seem the"Drafted Elitea" are doing a heck of a lot. They can't shw if they can play if they don't get in the game!!!

I just listened to it on the net and definitely Henessy has some good things to say about Davidson. Sounds like he has a great work ethic and wants to be there. Hopefully he'll get a chance

I find this real hard to believe because I know alot of players who have played in the WHL. They have had their room and board paid and have received maybe $75.-$100 every 2 weeks but when they leave the Whl they get their tuition paid for every year they played hockey. So if they played for 3 years they get 3 years of tuition and books paid for at a Canadian University

You Are definitely putting a lot of trust in out new recruits. Well it's true that some players can come in and make an impact right away we also have to respect the fact that moving from Junior to College hockey is a huge step up. How many of last years recruits made an impact right off the bat. Trupp was the only one who really stood out. We can't pit all our eggs in one basketWe still need the guys have experience at this level as to step out in front of a crowd of 12000 is definitely an awe inspiring moment.

Can't understand why they would play Radke when they know how many penalty minutes he takes. Mind you at this point who really cars Put Walski in and let your 4th liners play a bit
