I'm sure Mayville will be issuing an apology to UND because every player on their roster (minus one) is from ND and MN.

Pasty white regional kids that can actually shoot and want to play D might be something to consider vs what has been and is being recruited. No offense to Mayville but that is a game UND should never lose.

Have said this before.....if you're a CFB fan you have to get to Missoula for a Griz game. Great experience. Then text Chuck Schwab and have him get you on Stock Farm for 18. Unreal track.

Most ND HS FB kids want to play at NDSU. Not complicated as to why. Anyone think NDSU is completely OK giving quality ND kids a PWO or partial scholly offer knowing they are 3-4 projects there but at least UND won't get them where they might be able to contribute soon?? <Puts tinfoil hat back on shelf in closet>

Read that UND has not lost in regulation in 11 games. 1....that's how games are decided come tournament time so that bode well for them moving forward. 2....that's why regular season 3×3 OT and shootouts are just duckies and bunnies fluff when it should be 5x5 OT then call it.

I hate shootouts too. Worthless. Can't we just have a 5x5 OT tie cause that's what it is? ....and stay off my (snow covered) lawn!!

As much as some players underperformed and were actually dreadful this series I was shocked there was basically no changes personnel wise and/or tactically/schematically 5x5 vs the 1-4 trap or on the PP from Friday especially after 10-15 minutes last night. Was obvious UND wasn't and couldn't generate much of anything offensively. To me LJV and Strinden are interchangeable. James needs top 6 minutes. Johannes is a tweener top 6. When he's on he is really good. Wasn't this weekend though. This is still a really good team. Have to have better puck management and be able to win a draw moving forward. 3 straight Ls playing 3x3 hockey (which is a total joke BTW) is what it is. That method should never decide an outcome cause it is never played anywhere in regulation. Just completely stupid but that's off topic.
