  1. So, you're saying that instead of sitting and being surrounded by a bunch of people I don't know that will be cheering against my team, I could be standing and surrounded by a bunch of people I don't know cheering against my team...with limited views.

How could anyone turn that down?   ;)

So that brings up another question - will this be on the big sky tv app or on TV in the Metro area or other areas?

  2. Maybe not the best indicator, but I don't think he has any UND coaches following him on twitter.

Last I heard Trey Anderson has walk-on offers at Wisco & Northwestern. No offer from UND.

  3. We need to get him. He's got steal written all over him. That injury will make him a better player and leader but also keeps other schools away. Just the way the ball comes out of his hand is something you can't teach. He really flicks it.

Could there be a better situation for him then to come here - redshirt for year and let the knee recover and then be competing for a starting job. In my opinion you can never have enough QB's on a roster - typically they are some of the best athletes and can move positions if needed.

  4. The coaches job is to win games. Period.

That means playing the best available player. You don't save a player for next year - if they do the coaches won't be around for long.

Their job is to play the best kids, and then recruit the next guy up. If Keaton plays a couple games this year and get's some experience and comes out next year and is all big sky then no one will complain. In 3 more years we will be getting ready for the next guy that the coaches recruited this year and in coming years.

  5. Let's hope we stay after him and get him. You don't see/hear any chatter about him right now on the Internet. I just watched Mollbergs tape from his high school years (I forget how good he looked) but Anderson looks better especially with his feet. Hopefully he can bounce back from his injury.

I've met Trey a few times and he has put on about 10lbs of muscle since his injury - he has been throwing this whole time and has a great attitude. All he wants is a shot and for someone to offer. I believe if UND were to offer he would accept or at least move UND to #1 immediately.

  6. Having met Luke this past year I believe he is going to be a very successful coach. I'm very excited for what he is going to help UND accomplish in the next few years. I will say that since my time as a player the coaches who I thought were in most need of replacement have been. Very excited for things to come.

  7. I wouldn't say that based off of one players tweet. Especially a player who ended up leaving the team. Some people just don't get along or have the same personalities. I would venture that he saw where he was on the depth chart and realized that he had a difficult battle ahead of him. Having been in that spot I know the coaches push you hard. Unlike him I stuck around and earned my spot

  8. Not sure it's been mentioned here, but on top of the spring game being available online for free they are also offering it on demand for the week after. Great for me as I won't be able to watch live.

Where can you find the replay of the full game? I can only find the highlights on demand

    Edit: found it

  9. When I played for UND we had to shovel one spring. It was awesome. Not that we enjoyed shoveling but being together and working together. On a side note, the following fall was the best record we had as a team while i was here.

Can we stop arguing over how to shovel and start talking about the players...
