Yeah honestly I don’t keep track but you don’t hear much about alumni when they look for coaches. Where at UND we have a plethora of alums coaching all over place

I find it kind of crazy that MN doesn’t have a host of alumni coaching in hockey they could pick from, if they wanted a legacy coach. UND has plenty of guys who are successful coaches at all levels.

I wouldn’t mind this if there was a week between conference tournaments and the regional, but if I have to fly to get to a site I don’t want to have to plan at a moments notice.

Sioux Falls is pretty much sold out no need to move anyone there for attendance but The Sioux!

The college hockey gurus who keep saying Big Ten is absolutely the best conference this year should be required to publicly admit their ignorance.

Three games at regionals. Games mean something . A league tournament one gsme that doesn’t matter isn’t worth travelling to. Yes tickets in SF are more but it’s a chance to see my favorite team win two and advance to the frozen four. Plus I don’t need a hotel in SF so tickets are cheaper than spending a night in GF for a game. It’ll be a dead arena with very few interested fans there. NCHC notched this league tourney setup
