Well, truth be told about 95% of the lutefisk I have tried has been like eating snot (and I eat raw oysters). But hers was good.

Yeah, I understand that sentiment. My great aunt used to make great lutefisk. I came in a wooden box from Norway, dried hard as a rock. She cooked it (I believe mainly in butter by the taste of it) and it was decent. Not walleye through the ice good, but definitely eatable. Nice hatty for Gaber.

Hey, I have had good lutefisk, and I have had gadaweful lutefisk. Most tends towards the latter.

I really hope that this Miami production is by students. I can forgive a lot if that is the case, but this is really bush league.
