    I know nothing about the new sticks. I, too played with the wood sticks that you could steam and shape the way you wanted them. I am curious, though, as I know they are not cheap.

    If I recall correctly, both Minnie and UND have scored over 4 goals a game. I'd say we have done pretty well with the sweep, although the run of goals last night was not ideal.

    Even back in the original barn, when I went with my parents as a young kid, people were passing thermoses with various "fortified beverages" in them. And people brought blankets because it was so damn cold in there, so cold that it actually got foggy at times.

    I know I was, even though I was attending UND hockey games since I was in grade school, with my parents.

    Students probably love it. They probably don't know UND hockey culture, and are probably pretty buzzed to start with.
