Another thing is that Sioux players are generally bigger than their eastern counterparts (at least the defensemen), but they may LOOK slower, but the difference is generally not as great as it appears when watching the two teams play separately.

Well, it used to be that brawn balanced speed. But with the eastern officials, that is not necessarily the case anymore.
