I have tried to do that in previous years when my wife was working out of town. It would play for a while, then one of us would get kicked off. Maybe it changed?

I used to play pod hockey when I was a kid. Oh wait. That was pond hockey. Never mind. I will be here all week.

The problem with using the apps is the delay between the live action and when you see it. It happens on both FireStick and Roku. It can be as much as a few minutes delay. If you watch the game in isolation, it really doesn't matter, but I like to post on this forum at the same time, and it is easy to read spoilers about goals. I find streaming from NCHC.TV on my laptop, and connecting to the TV with an HDMI cord is better (but not perfect). YMMV.

Seniors were awesome this year, but so was everyone on the team. They all deserve a better ending to the season (and so do the fans). "There is always next year" rings hollow. Thanks, everybody, for giving us such a tremendous season, complete with upsets, wondrous wins, and even devastating losses. Some really close games, and some edge-of-the-seat moments. And especially for all the great hockey.

This team will be a National Champion in my mind. Would they have won? Who knows. They had it all and would have certainly been one to beat in the Frozen Four. I, too feel bad for the seniors. They played their hearts out and had a great season. Way to go guys.

Seriously, no champion this year? Has that ever happened before, for any reason?
