Personally, I'm recommending a sell rather than buy for this week.I'm hoping this late buy week has a positive impact on this game. I think we needed it. However, I don't know if we will get any of our injured starters back even with the buy week. Hoping the guys finish th season on a high note.

Well, I have a feeling we won't be needing that goal tonight.The Pattyn shot looked like it crossed the line before Faragher got his stick on it. Oh well, needs to be conclusive, but pausing the DVR it looked like there was space between the puck and the goal line.

The hype machine was rolling for this years team and I wish the defense machine was rolling instead. I, for one, am going to remain very skeptical about next years team until they prove otherwise. Simply changing your calender doesn't automatically improve things. Sometimes changing your coaches doesn't improve things either.Just wait for the hype machine to get rollin for next years team with all the new defenders and qb.

Congress? And here I always thought it was the NCAA.Even the biggest college football nerds I know refer to FCS as "Division One Double-A". Just because Congress passed a law creating FBS and FCS doesn't mean it's blasphemous to be old-school.

What an intellectual way to get even with the NCAA, refuse to call the division FCS. They took away your nickname, so you won't use their nomenclature. It's time to move on and quit living in the past, it only makes you look (more) foolish.Actually, NDSU is the only one of the four that has done better in I-AA than they were doing in D2 towards the end of their time there. Any idiot can see that.

I have never figured out the SMSU problem with football. I remember 5 or 6 years ago they lost to Moorhead at a time when the Dragons hadn't won a game in like 2 years. It's not like SMSU has no commitment to athletics, they made a heck of a run in the D2 basketball tourney a few years ago and I was at the basketball game in Marshall when SMSU beat Jones.
One would think there would be plenty of D2 caliber kids to pick from in that area.
