Yes.  TD. Weber leads 28-20  with 3:14 left

Exactly the type of aggressive play calling you need to have to give yourself a chance to beat a top ranked FCS or a FBS school. Suppose our coaching staff is watching??

Wondering about Amelia Johnson?  Always love keeping track of the former ND H.S./ Miin. section 8 players. But I did not see her in Sacramento.  Miss something??

I noticed she was missing the last regular season game against UNC and was wondering the same thing.

intersting that I found on the site that Fargo is 7.5%. Grand Forks will move up to 6.755 instead of 6.75. Yet now everyone will avoid Grand Forks because they raised taxes super high. I even heard arguments recently saying they will just go to Fargo where sales tax is lower, which is incorrect.

Isn't the 1/2% increase going to take it to 7.25%?

Yeah. I wonder if we didn't get caught looking ahead to Iowa St by the Montanas.

Either that or they came to the realization the season will soon be over if they dont turn it around.

Almost 2000 on hand for the match.  That's good as Saturday mornings don't get very good turnouts like for EWU coming up.

Sac St leading at Idaho 1-0 and also leading in the second set.  We need Sac St to lose 3 BSC matches for us to host as Sac hasn't lost one yet.  This is needs to happen for any chance of hosting.

No way they drop that many. Realistically, the best we can hope for is to win the north and get the #2. With either Portland or Idaho as they likely #3 in that scenario.

To be fair to Roger, Kupchella was the President when we decided not to move up with the XDSUs. The final decision was his, not Roger's.

True. Kupcake shoulders the biggest share of the blame.

Agree, I don't understand the hatred of Faison.  Sure he isn't perfect, but I don't know an Athletic Director that hasn't made unpopular decisions.  Because he wasn't one of us like Roger Thomas, he became the lightning rod.

Yup. Yet all one has to do is look at the damage RT did to the athletic program...

I think this is a huge insight into the coaches weaknesses - a stubborn refusal to change or deal with anything that is even a bit outside of their philosophy.  This is turning into a dumpster fire.  I hope someone in the media has the guts to ask Bubba directly wtf is going on.

Yup. I love the energy Bubba has brought to the program but there seems to be some issues with stubbornly trying to hammer square pegs into round holes.

I know on message boards especially you'll always see overreaction in the heat of the moment. The backup QB situation though is not one and it's something I sincerely hope the local media pushes for answers for. As everyone has said, this wasn't a situation where the "#3" was slightly better, the difference couldn't have been bigger. It was clear after two series that Heidelbaugh can't run an FCS offense. Instead of going to Zimmerman, they continued with Heidelbaugh for what was the most embarrassing first half of offensive football possible.

I also think this has to have an affect on the locker room, with how frustrated we all are, I couldn't imagine being on the team and watching that. I'm genuinely embarrassed for Bubba, there's no amount of spin zone he can do to try to explain it.

On a positive note, even with the injury situation, outside of EWU, I think UND can be competitive the rest of the year with either Studsrud or Zimmerman. Given the injury situation in general, start Zimmerman against Montana and it's a 14 point game at the worst. That gives me a lot of hope (obviously next year will be better), but that this one year will just be a blip and they'll be back competing at the top of the league.

Right on. Hard to imagine morale isn't affected when they see this type of decision being made or offensive play calling which seemingly only exists to bring the defense back onto the field as soon as possible.

What the f do you mean?  A 4 point game isn't good enough to stick around?  I have photos dumb A.   It was pathetic.

They stuck around the 1st 2 games. Quite frankly, I'm impressed they even showed up at all today with how results have went the last 3 weeks. We can work with that.

Well under.  Between the parade and tailgating it was pretty weak.  Unfortunate fo the ladies.

And the fact that sdsu is not that good. If they had been playing Northern Colorado for example, our group would have had a tough decision to make.

they have banners and a large garbage bag that blocks the video boards for roughly 20 percent of the crowd...

I read that the NCC banners will not be up this week as they are being relocated around the arena.

just had a convo with a coworker...over under on attendance tomorrow at 11am.......  2000?

I'm taking under for sure. Tailgating will siphon more fans than one would think including my group.

Great average attendance means something special for recruiting.  That's part of the reason that non-P5 schools like Creighton, Wichita St and UNI can challenge Big10 and Big 12 schools

Yup. Now if we can just keep most of those fans coming back. We have had good average attendance but it can be better as evidenced by tonight.
