Commy gets another assist, Belanger's goal in 3rd period.
-
Commy gets an assist on Erik Cole's goal on Boston, which was the second goal in 9 seconds on Tim Thomas Commy is getting alot of good shots from what it sounds like. its nice to see him getting more offensively involved now than focusing on fighting. i guess laviolette not letting his players fight is letting Commy practice something else :-P

Lowell Devils lost wednesday night.....why? cause Parise wasn't in net......he is 4-1 with a better GAA average than Doyle, and a save % only slightly higher. he needs more opportunities!!! he is finally showin them he is a great goalie!
-
haha yeahi have no clue what i was thinking. i knew he played for buffalo. im a dumbass haha.....
-
i assume drew was playin for the Amerks in that game, since he wasnt on the roster for Buffalo
-
with the exception of ryan johnson and jason blake, it seems that in the NHL, former sioux were quiet last night. good thing the AHL guys made up for it!
-
In the NY Islanders vs Carolina game, Tripp Tracy, one of the Carolina commentators, mentioned that Blake was a "former North Dakota star"
-

haha, sucks to be him.....no wait...sucks to be Boston....no wait.....who cares about Boston......
-
is TSN.ca the only site that does this ranking stuff or are there other sites too....
-
I believe that is the general consensus. the Sabres higher-ups were going for the retro "original" colors, which everyone wanted because of the dumb red, black, and white not lookng good at all, and they wanted a "new-NHL" sort of logo.....got a new logo, not gettin the best reception. my personal opinion? GO BACK TO THE BUFFALO WITH THE CROSSED SABRES ABOVE IT!
-
Jason Blake with a goal for New York Drew Stafford with an assist for Buffalo
-
of course.....and since we should have easily beatin UAA and gotten swept....why couldnt the same thing happen to the Goofs.
-
yeah u are right. from the looks of it UW is not doing well at all, especially after last season. but i would easily attribute it to all the talent they lost in the offseason. it may be easier than usual, but it wont be just easy. i thinhk if we take last weekend and use it to our advantage to start pounding the boards (with tigers and badgers in between ) we could take bith series. i predict, however, that we will either split with CC or get a win and a tie. and i expect a sweep of UW because by then we should be back on track and out of the mid-year slump....thats just me though
-
here is looking ahead..... Minnesota:14pts Denver:11pts UND:9pts UAA:8pts MTU:8pts CC:8pts point here is (no pun intended lol) we play CC and Wisconsin in our next 2 series....both WCHA teams, and both teams who are consistently bothersome. Denver also plays CC (after us), but also plays Air Force and Robert Morris, easy teams. Minnesota plays MTU, Michigan, and Mankato next. should be easy for them. what im saying is....should be tough for us to get back on track and stay in the WCHA point runnings for the next month or so. whatever happens, LETS GO SIOUX!!
