he did some crappy stupid things when i was there 04-06. just seemd like a dumb guy who only cared about the money his school recieved. im glad he is turning a new leaf and is starting to care abou things other than that. we called him "Kupcake" for a reason when i was there. not sure what the campus feels about him now, and its tough tryin to determine his effectiveness from 1600 miles away now, but no one really seemed to like him then. maybe he figured that out and turned things around. on another topic, one more specific to this thread......i cant believe some of the things that writer for the dartmouth review said. he doesnt even know anything outside of his little dartmouth community, and has no right to say that "the modern american doesnt say howdy", or however he said it.....he is wrong. lets all pay for him to get qa trip to texas and see what its like down there. what an idiot.

yeah i was pretty impressed myself. but if i'm not mistaken, he does have past playing time with.....was it Minnesota? so it's not like he is a rookie and hasnt earned more playing time in his past appearances. i am not sure, however, how long his stay up in phoenix will be. this is his fifth actual season in the pros, and he has played in a total of 10 games so far, including NONE in both the 2002-2003, and the 2005-2006 seasons. i would hope he could be given more of a chance this season.

Alex Auld has give up 5 goals in 26 min of play, wouldnt be surprised if Belfour steps in to finish of the period, or at least the game starting the 3rd period EDIT: and as if right on cue, belfour goes in for florida.

Mike Commodore talkin about his time with the Stanley Cup. sayin that he knew when they won that he wanted to go home with it, and to North Dakota. he knew he wanted to, was there when ed belfour brought it there had to do some real talkin, cause it would take a few days, but was just happy to get it there.
