Ok...sorry for the multiple posts in a row...but I am trying to get to everyone. Since there seems to be confusion on some of the rules....they are below. They are also in the first post of the thread on page one. The bolded ones are where there seems to be some confusion. You are only allowed to pick a player once in the game regardless of whether or not anyone moved on in a round. If all players in the round are eliminated, we move on as if everyone scored. New picks must be made. If you make a "if I make it" pick, also known as a Fri/Sat pick, you are not allowed to make another pick for those two rounds.

No, you are not allowed to pick the same person twice.
