i really have no opinion on lee because he does have a very nice shot, and on the other hand is a little timid for a dman. but im really starting to get annoyed by all these people saying "stop bashing lee". people, its a sport, players will get bashed if they deserve it or not. end of story. let people have their own opinions, respect them, and leave it alone. if anyone on this board has played a sport, you would know not to listen to fans. maybe some of you need to realize that. this subject has been way overblown and needs to be put to rest. its like a battle between 5 year olds on whos fricken trading card is better, your ovechkin or my crosby..let it go. -end of lecture-

theres a difference, when its genoway or lee. lee is expected to be top notch. remember, he was a first round draft pick, genoway is not, and when that happens, you have somewhat of a hype to live up to. lee hasnt lived up to it, and in my opinion shouldnt have even been drafted the way hes played since he has been here.

if there is a hockey god, he will grant us 4 years of toews and oshie.. i myself am just hoping for 3! i hope they really consider the teams they will be going to arent going to do jack sH$t anytime soon in the nhl and hope they realize they could be serious contenders for a national championship if they stay.

thats funny, because i actually thought i was his friend. after eating lunch with him just about every day and living a couple doors down from him last year id say i know him pretty well. the facebook thing was just to raise questions. its really not any dumber than half of the other stuff said on this forum.

to add to that, i talked to oshies dad before the final game in the final five and the way it sounded, was he was sticking around. that could have been totally misread by me, but thats what i thought it sounded like.

kind of like myspace.. its a website that just about everyone in college is registered at, and is a nice way to keep up on what your friends have been doing, and stuff like that. tj had a profile ever since ive known him and i just noticed today that it has been deleted. ill have to ask him at lunch sometime what his plans are

i dont know if this means anything or not, but oshie removed his profile from facebook which could indicate something is happening...aka hes probably leaving. i just dont understand how teams hold onto big time players. hensick, 4 years. boyle, 4 years. it sucks when those institutions are holding onto their great players, and were losing them their sophomore years. yeah theyre drafted high, i realize that but it just confuses me that we seem to lose the bulk of everyone before they even get into their third year.

i saw forney on campus on saturday, which means he didnt even travel with the team. i also heard a rumor he is having surgery on his shoulder soon.

theres no way in hell lammy leaves..hes made some big saves this year yeah, but the amount of soft goals hes let in is way up there. i cant see any pro team or affiliate wanting him right now.

its a pretty lame crowd from what ive seen the past 2 seasons...just my take on things, i am used to a minnesota state tournament tho and thats a bit different..

it doesnt matter im just sick of seeing the same damn teams every year for the reason bird dog said. its all about attendance and money for the fricken ncaa to pay their lawyers for dumb things such as the sioux name court battle. its not about the best team winning the title anymore. minnesota and north dakota i believe are the best teams in the nation, thus they should be in different brackets to play in the championship if they make it there. i hate it when they put two powerhouses in the same bracket to beat on eachother.

im so tired of seeing the sioux play michigan in the first round and then have to finish up with minnesota or whoever they play. cant we ever get some new teams?? it kind of pisses me off we didnt make the grand rapids region. i mean we play u of m 3-4 times a season and seems like we ALWAYS end up playing michigan in the regionals. lets see some new blood please.

2 and a half months ago the general thought was he was pretty good. a few games later that all fell apart...

i think if we need them to grieco or walski both could carry us through a game. i just dont know about anything more than the remainder of a game.
