I was commenting on the penalty to Wisconsin, but would have been better to say as you did following the Sioux penalty. And, NO, we don't want that!! Perhaps it would be better if he went back to having lost his marbles!!

I tend to disagree a bit here. If the game is being completely dominated by one team, then yes, the GWG maybe doesn't mean as much. . .but who's to say that that goal, at that time in the game, was not the tide turner? Funny things spark teams to victory (and blowouts!), so I say it is not a meaningless stat.
