Denver is giving the goofs all they can handle. It's really nice to not have to listen woogie and The Rug. The Denver crew that is doing the game is maybe juuuuust a bit over confident. They said that if they can sweep the goofs this weekend they will be the number one ranked team in the country next week.

I thought that was just with boxers before a fight? The safety that played next to me when we played for the Sioux was the exact opposite. He couldn't remember which way to run down the field if he didn't "take the edge off" the night before the game. Sports and superstition go together like milk and cookies.

And what really frustrates/dumb founds me is how they can do that against Alaska, when not even a week ago they held a pretty good CC team to 6 shots over the 2nd & 3rd periods!!! W!T!F! I hope they keep it and played pissed off tomorrow night! With the way the game ended I think that's a given. I'm just glad that Oshie isn't the only one laying out the smack, finally. They just lost their legs about 3 minutes left, it was almost like they had decided they had already won right then. The loss (this tie is a loss to me too) makes you mad not because of a lack of effort, but because you know the talent level and for some reason they just can't bury the f'in puck. I liked that Duncan said the team can feel they are rolling again. Wearing teams down. Hopefully that means tomorrow night they will lay even more lumber and get Oshie off the shnide. Maybe we just need to get him laid?

Worked him like a beeeotch!! And Oshie absolutely demolished the AA guy who took the golf swing. I really like the edge the boys played with tonight.
