I think Dr. Potts made his decision on what was best for the NDUS (not NDSU) not UND. If Dr. Potts adhered to Dr. Chapman's philosophy...UND might still be in Fargo. Are you sure Dr. Potts is the bad guy? To answer your question..."strong chancellor" and "a statewide system".

Here is the problem...the link requires something called "Microsoft Passport.net". It shows up as a "pop-up" and requires one to register with Microsoft in order to view the file. Strike three...I hate pop-ups. EDIT: BTW...strike three doesn't mean you are out. (closing pop-up one last time)
