I'm curious to see what the trickle down effect will be for college hockey...the B1G Mistake teams will definitely have access to more revenue than the other West/Midwest teams because of their Tv contract...how much of that will go to enhancing their hockey programs remains to be seen

Well yeah, if you want to worry about the potential new name, feel free...unless you're part of the decision making process for the new name, and God only knows what that mess will look like, there's not much we can say or do to impact the choice...hope I'm wrong but I'm guessing not.

ESPN would rather cover the Double-Dutch jump rope Finals than ANY hockey, college or pro. Their coverage is a joke when it comes to puck, they cover the Frozen Four and a couple of tourney games on ESPN14. (The Catorce!)
