UND Fan

Has anyone watched the women practice yet? I am curious how the new recruits look and if Danye Guinn appears to be healthy. I hope to see them at the Disney tourney in a couple of weeks - I will give everyone my thoughts then.

While I feel as strongly about retaining the Fighting Sioux names as anyone else, I have to disagree with you. If we lose all battles trying to retain the name, we do need to change it and get on with life. It would be very unfair to our young athletes and our coaches (and fans, for that matter) for them to have to play any post season games on the road. Just because we are upset about this, doesn't mean our teams should be put at a disadvantage. That being said, I am sure that Fighting Sioux logo'd clothing would be worn at UND athletic events for many, many years to come!

I understand we may learn about 2-3 kids who have been offered scholarships in the next few days. We are in the running for two that we really want but who knows......

Enlighten me. I went to this site and found UND but where did you find info regarding the budget, etc.?
