UNO's swoon/meltdown continues. Loses 2-1 to Denver. Have to face Denver again next weekend. I think UNO will be missing the tournament. Yikes. Denver has won 9 games in a row. They are clicking at the right time. Really good team.

Great end to the regular season. Looking forward to what this UND team does in the NCHC playoffs and NCAA tournament. They aren't done yet!

Yep. B10/NCHC partnership will not happen. They will want to dictate the terms and get the preferential treatment. Which will definitely not fly with NCHC teams. Which it shouldn't. This isn't football or basketball. Honestly, I would rather have a NCHC/WCHA partnership but from sounds of the articles that have floated this idea, NCHC officials don't seem keen on the idea.

Agree, 100%. In 2003-2004, UND went 3-0-1 against Denver in the regular season only to lose to them in the NCAA tournament regional. It is hard enough beating the same team four times in a row. Having to beat the same team five times in a row? Very tall order.

Yep, I distinctly remember Cratter being one of the folks saying UMD was a garbage team. It's been pretty evident that they are not. They've been struggling to find the scoring(hence their record) but they are damn good team. UND is fortunate to have won all regular season games against them. Each of those four games could've gone the other way too.

Courtesy of all the UND fans that will attend. You sure as hell know Minnesota fans won't fill it up on their own.

I think St. Cloud is the best team in the conference. They are good and definitely playing a whole lot better than UND is right now. Put on a clinic against Omaha. Don't think it's going to be like that when UND travels down there...

I wouldn't bother wasting time replying to Cratter. Statement he made shows how little he knows. Mediocre? Sure, but horrible?

NCHC parity.... Disappointing weekend, no doubt about that. I'm sure Denver felt the same when they were swept by UND and SCSU in back to back weekends. Things are clicking for them now. Maybe UND will have a chance at having the last laugh. UND has to rise above the setback. Duluth is going to be wanting points next weekend just as much.

Need a better D effort from everyone overall. It was atrocious tonight and Denver reaped the benefits. Pretty disappointing. Goes without saying, defense needs to be way better tomorrow.

Which tells you how mediocre Minnesota is. They should be able to beat Ohio State with ease yet all the games they've played against them this season have been close wins that required OT.

So I'm confused. How is the OT between BC and BU, 20 minutes? I thought OT was always 5 minutes? Or is it allowed to be different for tournaments like the Beanpot? Not that it matters since BC wins it in under 5 minutes lol.
