Gotta say, impressed by what I saw today. UND came out guns a’blazin and didn’t let off the gas pedal. Dare I say that we are beginning to see this team gel together? Things looking promising!

Mankato is good. Much like the weekend against UND, making their opponent look silly for big stretches of time.

What a game. I'd say offense is still a bit of concern but they found ways to score and the defense plus Scheel did a phenomenal job. They put on a clinic and really limited Minnesota's offensive zone time. I'd say Scheel has made a statement to be the starting goalie. Gardner and Poolman had hell of a game. As siouxfan512 mentioned, Senden is definitely an unsung hero. He's going to be a good 4 year player for UND.

Honestly, I thought there might be ice issues during the game. Didn’t expect the issue to be !@#!$ glass....

Midco, Comcast, Charter, Mediacom, and NCHC.tv I was pondering doing another YT Live stream but figure most people have a way of watching.

Good thing it isn’t the fans that make such decisions. NCHC brass made the right call not letting them in due to their arena situation. Once their new arena is completed, I’d be fine with them joining the conference.

Mankato goalie giftwrapped the GWG to Smith. Absolutely lucky to come out of this game with a win. But I’m perfectly cool with that. Still lots of things about the team need to get better. There is time and hopefully the boys get things ironed out....

For all the boneheaded/stupid penalties that Cole Smith likes to commit, similar to Gardner, I’m liking how he’s playing tonight.
