See, I could swear the UND Champions Club was promoting a Watch Party at The Pourhouse earlier in the week. And I'm positive that I saw and shared a post about it on Facebook. But then this morning, my post was nowhere to be found and I can't find any information about it. No one seems to know anything about it. I called The Pourhouse and whoever I spoke with didn't know anything about it. He said they had some DJ playing there tonight. So, I'm slightly confused. I'll probably end up heading to Sensors in Bloomington.
I got an email about it from the Alumni Association. But I called Sensors and they are planning to have on the games there and assured me it will be alot of fun!

I was going to suggest this as well. Some sort of joint tournament between some combination of the NCHC/B10/WCHA leagues seems like it has to be the logical progression. Share the expense and mutually benefit from more hockey fans in one location.
For as great as we Sioux fans are and as much fun as it is to laugh at the failure of the B10 tournament, there are some very ugly potential scenarios attendance-wise for the Frozen Faceoff as well. Picture an oddball year where UND, SCSU, and Duluth all miss the FF. You would be able to hold that tournament at Eagles Arena.
It will be interesting to see how all of the realignment growing pains shake out in the coming years. You would think there would have to be some changes on the horizon though.
They actually said that they were thinking of doing some sort of collaboration with NCHC and WCHA to host both tourney's the same weekend at Xcel on one of the local sports shows in Minneapolis. I think they were interviewing the WCHA commissioner.

I am not going to support the scalpers. They were counting on a MN/UND match up and not going to get it in Fargo! If I can't get tickets from a fellow fan or the NCAA I will just go to a watch party and drink some beers during the games!!

Someone just had to back out of our group due to a family emergency. I have 2 tickets in the lower bowl for sale. I prefer to sell the package, but will take offers on single games. $325 for the pair.
PS We are all Sioux fans and hope to have some Sioux Fans that want to have fun buy these tickets.

MissSioux and I are looking for some sign ideas for the Final Five. Looking for ideas to poke a little fun at Minnesota, Duluth, as well as Denver. We've also got ideas for Sioux players. We just thought we'd field some ideas from here if anybody's got anything!
How about a welcome to your going away party? (for the Gophers) Or its been so long since you were here we thought you got lost on your 3 mile trip.

Tickets are probably available at the xcel center although they will be getting bought up quick now that we know what teams will be coming. or ticketmaster

Interesting upsets tonight with Mich Tech winning 3-1 at CC and Wis over DU at Home 1-0.

The watch party got moved from the Pourhouse to the Loop in Minneapolis for tonight. I enjoy Sensors but I think I am stuck watching at home via sling tv tonight.
