  1. Don't try using logic on the Cooke-hating drama queens. They hate to let facts get in the way of a good witch hunt.

I guarentee you would be complaining if Lucic would have done that to Crosby. No question.

  2. Did anyone else see Dale Tallon at the Meriott in Minneapolis during the Frozen Face Off? He was in the lounge after the Miami/Sioux game. Not sure if it means anything as far Rocco's future but I'm sure he would have had contact with him.

  3. I never said that, but as you are one of the more clueless people here I am not surprised that you would think something that isn't true. I recall saying that I would probably not post as much as I did before, but I didn't say that I would never ever make another post here ever again. You are the liar, not me. Now if you can go back and find a post that states otherwise I will stand corrected, but until then I'm going to ask you to stop making stuff up.

Why the F*** would I want to read through 2 years worth of your horse s*** posts. It's hard enough to read them once.

  4. As for consistency, I challenge you to prove that I am not consistent.

Your were inconsistent when you said if and when the Sioux was retired you would stop posting here. Then again, maybe your consistent at lying which would make you consistent I guess.

  5. That's a pretty cocky attitude, JohnboyND7. Don't think I won't remember you said that if it doesn't play out that way.

Don't think I don't remember you being cocky before the Bruins/Penguin series last year posting the picture of Claude Julien on the bench with the caption "oh crap, we have to play the Penguins now". How did that turn out for you? In your little world the rules you put on others don't apply to you. That is why nobody watches your Bruins video because you lack respect on this board and are seen as a pair of clown shoes. And no, I'm not a Bruins fan.

  6. Of course I don't HAVE to, but if I intend to keep the topic at the forefront until he gives an answer it is in my best interest to bump it back to the front page of the thread for as long as tries to weasel out of it by slithering away from the topic and not say anything. The fact of the matter is that he has two choices : Admit that the Bruins dive too and blast them for it just as hard as he blasts other teams for it, or try to spin it that diving is okay when the Bruins do it but not okay when other teams do it. I have him backed into a corner and I am not going to let him off the hook. If responding to my own post is what it takes to not let him off the hook, then that is what I am going to do (even if I don't HAVE to). But thanks for your concern, Blackheart. And since you decided to comment on the fact that I bumped my post by responding to it, I may as well ask what do YOU think of all the Bruins diving in the clips that I linked? I'm really quite curious as to what your answer will be.

Maybe you are on his ignore list. I know I've thought of ignoring you many times for all the stupid things you say. Like replying to your own posts. Kind of creepy...

  7. I think the real reason we're required to pick a new nickname is so that "Sioux" doesn't remain an unofficial, de facto school nickname.

Roughriders and Cavalry are nice, and Norse, Nordics, whatever are OK by me as well. I'm convinced the Wild are hindered in part by their poor choice of nickname, and would hate to see us be the Freeze, Blizzard, or some other modernist abstract nonsense.

    John

Wild is about as dumb as every nickname in the WNBA.

  8. William and Mary are the tribe, and while the NCAA let them keep the nickname, they made William and Marry get rid of the feathers hanging off of their "WM" logo. The feathers were deemed to be Indian related.

Then we should call ourselves the Chiefs and use the Charlestown Chiefs logo from Slap Shot with our colors.
