Phil on Saturday at Boston??!! Sweet...that would be awesome if he got the opportunity to play against a highly ranked team...If the sioux play like they did on saturday against minnesota then Boston College will kick their A** with or without a great goaltender

Does anyone know if the University sells the Men's Hockey Media guide. The one with like 30-40 pages...not the ones you can buy for a dollar at the game. I know they had last years at the Lifetime Vision Center for people to look at while waiting. But I'm interested in purchasing one and want to know where to find em and how much they are?? Let me know ASAP. THANKS

The Sioux are gonna come out flyin'. It's there home debut and whose a better opponent then the Golden Chokers. Sioux take it 6-3 Friday but have to battle Saturday. They take Saturdays game 4-2. Jake and Jordan split time in net. Goin to Saturdays game and hope to see Jordan in net. Spirko has a solid 4 point weekend and Zajac and Stafford combine for 5 points and some SWEET lookin goals.

I was wondering if anyone knew of some songs that they play at hockey games. I'm trying to make a hockey mix and I have a few songs now but I need more. Anything that is played at hockey games during intermissions, between plays, or during TV timeouts. If ya got any suggestions please post ASAP Thanks

No it doesn't concern me right now...its early in the season and we have a couple of freshman defensemen who just might be a little bit nervous. It doesn't matter if your outshot or not it matters whether you have a W or an L next to your name. It shows how solid in net our goalies are if they are facing 25-30 shots/night and only lettin in 2-3 goals on average. The true test will be the Gopher series this weekend ...You can never count the gophers out...no matter how young or inexperienced their team is.

I predict the Sioux will win 4-2 on Friday, with Spirko gettin a goal and an assist. The gophers will come out flying on Saturday but will lose the game 3-1. Brandt and JParise will split the time in the net. Phil won't play this weekend cuz he doesn't have enough experience playing in WCHA games and especially the gophers. GO SIOUX!!!

Has anyone heard the Albany Riverrats score from tonight?? They played at Bridgeport....last night ZPar had a goal and one assist in pro debut!! ROCK ON! They won 6-2...against Bochenski's AHL team...if ya hear let me know

Wow!! The Sioux pulled off a good one! Phil was OUTSTANDING in goal tonight! Props to him for comin in as a freshman who hasn't had a college start and taking two points!! They started out slow but midway thru the second you could tell they were gettin desperate...so happy that they won!! Bring on the GOPHERS!!!!

I thought the Sioux played sloppy tonight and are lucky to come away with even one point. I thought Mankato showed a lot of heart tonight coming in to the game knowing that the Sioux were heavily favored, and going away with a point. I'm a huge JParise fan and I thought he played well. I hope he's in goal again tonight but I wouldn't mind seeing Phil in there either. Sioux 4-2
