For minneapolis people, the Alley sports tavern downtown says they will put Sioux game on.
-
In the past the SCSU games would show up on Comcast Minneapolis Ch23 KABL. It was never on the channel guides, but would just show up at game time.
I could NOT find the game on rogue Comcast Minneapolis channels this year. Anyone else search for it?
-
Has anybody watched one of these broadcasts? Is the picture decent?
It would be hard to be worse than the Sioux video feed this year.
-
schloss says the game is on charter....is that available in the cities on comcast on any channel?

A Ralph Engelstad indian head trophy would be most fitting.

You didn't miss much because the video quality is so low you couldn't see it anyway.
Who can we call or email to voice these concerns?
-
Is it just me or is the Hockey video quality, both online and on cable, poor this year?
On TV last week vs Manitoba the image was pretty weak (soft/blurry) and barely acceptable.
Online last night the image was so blurry that I couldn't read the numbers on the back of jerseys or read the score on the on screen score board. I have no buffering issues or pixalation. The issue is that the video itself is not crisp, like in previous years, or like the other schools provide.
Maybe this is because of the new Fargo production crew's equipment?

Boy will Western Michigan be surprised to see all the fans with large M's on their shirts cheering for them in St Paul.
-
I'm staying in Mpls. on Washington Ave. near the Metrodome. Any place near here where Sioux fans go to watch the game?
Joe Sensors Roseville off of 35W would be the closest place with other sioux fans.

7PM drop of the puck tonight, NOT 7:30PM as posted on the ss.com home page?

Not sure if anyone posts these cartoons from Indian Country Today magazine:

Congrats to UMDuluth on the win!
-
Here is the audio feed for the UMD game.

I think we need a daycare section in the bar for these events. Don't tell the news reporters.
-
Sioux fan and brand new dad MafiaMan needs some info. He can't drag a wife, a newborn and 3 kids to a sports bar to watch the game tomorrow. Lives in Bloomington. How can he see the game from the comfort of his nursery/living room?
-
Update: I have St. Cloud hockey and no sound....but I didn't really want to have to listen to their announcers anyway!
What cable system do you have?
-
Anyone know if the game is on in the twin cities? Channel 13 says Kato/Duluth for me.
I thought I heard this game was being broadcast in Grand Forks, so i assumed it would be on FoxCollegeSports, I guess not.
Is this game on satelite, so that Sensors could pick it up?
-
As a minneapolis Sioux fan I will be forever grateful to the Bloomington Sensers because they have bended over backwards to get us every game on TV ever since the Ralph started putting the games on satelite. They would even contact all of their professional "inside" satelite contacts to find us games that were not known to be available on satelite. They cooks even made us Red Pepper grinder copies one night. Great support of Sioux hockey for those of us who cant make it to the Ralph.
Until someone on this board opens a Sioux Hockey Bar in the twin cities, Sensers Bloomington is the best place to watch the games with lots of other Sioux fans.
PS- The Plymouth location can not get a good satelite signal for Ralph games, so dont go there. I think they are also more crowded with UFC misfits.

How come my feed switched from hockey intro to wrestling?

Grab open seats down low before the drop of the puck. Expect to move when the seat holders show up. Always keep an eye open for open seats near you, and just immediately move to them if you have to.
