Good argument. But your statement had one weak point. When you say there were questionable calls last year against south at EDC you are wrong. The call against Fylling was the right call. If you read the 2004 rules book you would understand that the goalie cannot be touched inside of his protected area. Earlier when you named off all the players that the Burgraffs have coached, remember that Wilson did coach the Chicago Showcase who only lost to Minnesota by one. Now that is good coaching.

You have a very stong point here when you say Shanley is going to have three players move on and South none. But you are wrong. Luke Brehmer, the best defencemen in the state last year, will play for a very talented St. Thomas team next year. This is probably Shanley's only year for a long, long time that they will produce some players to move on, and south is just about to send a lot of talent out to the next level. So your argument will not be credible in the next 1-5 years.

I agree with the politics playing a part whether a player makes the team but if they are good enought to make Chicago Showcase but not make Minot. Wow, that would be some politics that the administration may have to look at. That just isn't your every year politics.

I have a question for you. In one response you say Pete Fyllling wouldn't have had a chance to play at Minot. But later in a later post you say he is good enough to make the Chicago Showcase. Now that would, possibly, make sense to me if Minot had an all-star team last year, but they really didn't. So please explain to me how you can say that. Thanks

Both Moreland and Sando have big time shots. These are NHL type shots. Sando is easily strong enough to handle NCAA hockey. The Sioux need someone with Bochenski to put the puck through the net.

I agree with south winning the championship at least once in the next few years but I disagree with getting rid of Wilson if they dont. He is the BEST coach in the state, hands down.

Are you serious? They must have some big time players coming in from out of town that nobody knows about because the senior class last year was the only reason they came even close to making state. They have very little coming back. Jloos I agree with the drugs at North and the only player I have respect for on North is Nick Klenow. The last thing is that I think the leading point getter in the state this year could have 70-75 points. They have to be from the west and they have to be from Minot or Bismark because they should be getting five points agame against all the other teams in the west.

South vs. Moorhead in two years. That will be a game.
