UND 26 LTU 26 Halftime! Huff had 11 of UND's first 19 points befor getting a breather. The guys decided to get their head in the game and came back to tie it going into half.

I have to say that I like that UND was able to get Louisiana Tech to come to Grand Forks so late in the season. Besides Northern Iowa, this is the closest thing we have had to a "name" team and the first FBS school that has come here. They're no ACC or Big East team, but considering how difficult it is to get teams to come here it is a good get. Now let's show up to the game and pack the Betty so the athletic department keeps trying to bring in bigger schools.

If the team took anything away from the crazy Utah Valley game, it sure helped tonight. Every time that USD pulled within 2-3-4 points down the stretch, the guys never got rattled and kept playing their game. But the free throws were looking a little scary down the stretch. USD started fouling with 1:38 left and it almost worked. The guys miss quite a few clutch free throws. Luckily the D and USD's poor shooting never let them crawl back in the last minute of the game.

First regular season sweep of USD in 20 years. First win in Vermillion since Feb. 04.

I have been so busy screaming and swearing at the TV so my count might be off by 1 but UND has missed 8 free throws in the last 50 seconds of play.

UND and OSU have gone to OT in all 3 of their games so far this season. Last night was another crazy game that came right down to the end. But the Sioux got the W with 9 seconds left in OT. Sioux top OSU with nine seconds remaining in overtime Great effort by the ladies to go down with only 89 seconds left in the game but to stick with it, bounce back and force overtime. And then to finish it off and score with only 9 seconds left in OT. Now let's get the sweep this afternoon!
