Three outs from a sweep of the white sox. Gotta beat the bad teams. Well done.

What is the background there?
Owner of Hoist hockey in South Fargo, it is a hockey training facility with all kinds of toys. Believe his kids play in the Angels Program. Rumor has it he is taking over the H.A. Thompson rink in North Fargo, and the Bizen will play games there, as they currently play in Moorhead.
I'd imagine if he got a Tier 1 team they'd play out of that arena as well.

I believe it’s the guy who owns Hoist hockey in Fargo
This is correct. I'd bet it ends up in court if it's not approved.

Nope.....can't keep burying Perron in favor of Kunz. Kunz has 30 total points so far in his career at UND. Again DU had 11 guys with 30+ points this past season. Just for one season I'd like to see this coaching staff let their top talent roll. Let them develop together.
If Perron puts it together on the d zone side of things this line could roll. Watching Mac on the power play last night for the Force...just tremendous vision and really an understanding of the timing of the entire operation.

109 of 308 on the Portal list are "Sr", meaning guys with a Covid year to burn. That's the last group with the extra (Covid) year.
Finally.....finally.....however I've put in a request to play out my Covid season as the team needs a 4th or 5th practice goaltender.

So Ludvig was pushed out then?
He informed the team he would not be returning for another season.
Bring on portal goalie #4.

Heard a rumor that the young goalie from Grafton is on his way out of high school hockey next season.
-
Should we be surprised Schloss didn't say much about Ludvig signing an ECHL deal?
Maybe Berry could chime in on his situation?
Hah, see what I did there.

I forgot how much money was thrown at Hak to head to Philly. Wonder if he regrets it? Gotta imagine Carle contacts Jim Montgomery too.

It's early.....it's early.....it's early.....
I always care too much before June....I'm a terrible fan.

Rube Bjorkman on line one....thats Rube Bjorkman on line one.

I'm kind of surprised that Davis hasn't signed yet. Normally there is a team willing to go with a "Lightning in a bottle" gamble on a kid that had the performance that he had.
I'm hearing from my Denver fans friends to expect something soon from the Carle camp about possibilities in the NHL. The Pios are talking restructuring his contract, so it will take a bit of guaranteed money to get him to jump ship.

You may not care about NCAA titles, but they help define the greatness of a program. And Denver and Duluth have a combined 5 since we won #8 in 2016. Those are hard facts, facts that cannot be explained away by bad luck and/or the single elimination format.
This postseason was an unmitigated disaster. This team had the table set to have a huge turnout by the Fighting Sioux/Hawks faithful for the regional (Sioux Falls) and the Frozen Four (St. Paul). And they flushed it down the toilet. After winning all those games and the Penrose. I honestly hope the coaching staff can figure out why this team loses its mental edge after clinching the Penrose. Because it will be more of the same next season unless they can.
I will be in my seat in REA as always next season. But this trend of early playoff exits is concerning.
Eff man....don't turn a dumb attempt at humor into a diatribe of "doesn't care about national championships", and a history lesson about Denver and Duluth's success.
Just block me and my posts....it's easier that way.

Screw that. I am so sick of Denver. Third title in four Frozen Four trips since we last got to the Frozen Four in 2016. We are playing second fiddle to another program.....again. They must be the luckiest team in the history of collegiate sports. (sarcasm)
But we beat them three out of four times in the regular season and won the Penrose Cup, so everything is good. Right? (sarcasm)
I guarantee you nobody outside our fanbase thinks we had a better season. Including potential recruits that have UND and Denver on their short lists. But UND athletics is all about the "student-athlete experience" and wins and losses don't matter.
I don't know how we got here, but I hope we find an escape hatch and quickly. Because we are capable of so much more than this.
Fine. Fine. I'll pick Denver to win it all in @jimdahl's pool next season.
But everyone has to be okay with that leaving the door open for Minnesota or Duluth to win.

Swanson top 6 no doubt. I like the thought of him with Berg, but if Wilkie is better on draws then he's my pick to play with Mac and a guy like Omac.
Swanson-Berg-Perron seems a bit on the undersized side of things, but I'll allow it with production.

Curious to know if you were cheering for Denver to win? Wondering if the conference alliance is more important than a rival winning a championship.
I'm guilty of this. I put my money on the Eagles, but wanted the NCHC conference foe to win the game.
If it was Duluth-BC I probably would have wanted BC to win for more than just my wallet.

Cutter heading to Anaheim as we speak. That was a stupid pre game comment.

People like me will remember that goaltending performance forever.
Matt Davis may get some money thrown at him soon.

What I wouldn't give to have a four game goaltending performance like Davis in the NCAA tournament.
Just sensational.
