There was a nice article about Frenchy's in the last issue of Sioux Illustrated -- said Frenchy was living in Ashley, ND and occasionally helping out behind the bar there. Oh, the things I miss about GF. Bonzers and the Pepper. I think I'm still paying for the ham and taco grinders I had at the Pepper last weekend.

I haven't been able to get her to wear the Sioux colors yet (she's only been off the farm for about 15 years!), but she allows our little girl to wear her Fighting Sioux cheerleading outfit to the games. The score was 0-0 in with about 14 minutes left in the first period.

I saw it -- and replayed it a couple times on the dvr to make sure my NDSU grad wife had the opportunity to see it!

I am not a student but often enter through the student doors -- and I have been searched even though I am well beyond the age of the average student. At a game against Minnesota a couple years ago, I wasn't searched, but my 11 year old son was. So much for using children as dead gopher smugglers!

There is no such law in ND.
