    That thing was kind of ugly, stupid and obviously hated by a segment of the UND community.  

    Still, I don't agree with encouraging vandalism.  Except for the Vandals. They were badasses.

    Regular season conference (WCHA or NCHC) championships. 

     

    Closing thought:
    Two NCAA titles (59, 00) came in years without a conference regular season title; the other six came with (63, 80, 82, 87, 97, 16)

    The conference titles were all in the best conference in college hockey.  

    I am actually pulling for SCSU to win it all this year, even though they are on my top 5 most hated college hockey team list.  The reason: 4 different champions in 5 years from the NCHC would be pretty awesome.  

    But, as long as it isn't UMASS, I am fine.  :D

    He coached Valor Christian HS out of Highlands Ranch, CO to another state 5A title this year.  They beat our Fort Collins High School Lambkins again.  

    What is worse.  Being called the Lambkins or losing to the Lambkins? 

     

    BTW, I love Gwoz for sticking up for the Sioux nickname.

    Agree.  

    I do kind of feel sorry for AIC.  Last time in Scheels they heard overwhelming cheers for them against SCSU.

    My great x 5 grandfather fought in the American Revolutionary War under Washington.  His son fought in the War of 1812.   His son and grandson fought on the side of the Confederacy, although in ragtag outfits in what is now West Virginia.  

    Kneel away young men.  I reject what the latter half of these ancestors of mine defended. 

    Kneel away. I'm proud of these young men also.
