  1. It's evident in the topic thread that this isn't related directly to Sioux hockey. If you only want to read about Sioux hockey, than don't open threads pertaining to other teams. Pretty simple concept.
  2. If he was helped to his feet before going onto the stretcher, hopefully it's not too serious.
  3. How was he injured?
  4. Can Gopher/Sioux fans play nice together??? In all seriousness though, I fully agree with you.
  5. Like I stated, I don't have any problem with fans from other teams, and the majority of posters you find on the board don't have a problem. It's always nice to debate someone from another team rather than all of us who route for the same team
  6. We've got Kennedy and Sorley bridge over the Red River though!!!!
  7. So what exactly did you do about it? You've stated your opinion like everyone else. This is a college hockey board where people state their opinions. Some opinions aren't always appropriate, but nevertheless, it's someone's opinion. I'm sure the same thing happens on the board you frequent the most. I'm not a big biblical guy, but when it gets to this level, it's best to just turn the other cheek and let it go. If you don't comment, you don't feed anyone with ammo. With that being said, I'm all for other team's college hockey fans coming to this site and posting their thoughts. It just kind of urks me when people complain how Sioux fans complain about other teams and other teams players when this is a Sioux message board. If it makes you feel better though, a lot of people complain just as much, if not more about our own players.
  8. Nice little article on Zach Parise on the New Jersey Devils opening page. However, things change quickly on this site, so you'll need to look at it before tomorrow night (Tuesday 12-13-05). Here's the link: My Webpage
  9. NCAA always has to get in the way!
  10. What about Siouxdo-journalism? Could it be spelled that way?
  11. I blame everything on no dead gophers hitting the ice at the new Ralph!!! Bring back an awesome tradition!
  12. They went into it side by side, but the hit he put him was square on the back (watched in on DVR 4 times now), which is why he went in head first. Hard call to make since it wasn't a clear hit from behind, but regardless, IMO, when a player goes in like that after being hit by the opponent, a call should be made.
  13. As much as I like JPar, Lammy was definitely the better goalie tonight. Yes, he only played one period, but Parise was not sharp from the get go. The puck would go by him, and he would react to it a second later. I can see that happening once, but it happened about 4 times in the first five minutes. Coaches should have been on top of that and brought Lammy in after the 1st.
  14. But I don't know if either will be able to compete with Wisconsin.
  15. I don't know how I forgot that!!!! For playing such a terrible weekend of hockey, we still played competitively. Hak needs to find out how to get the most out of his players. Blaiser always seemed to do that. BTW, tomorrow afternoon, the Devils play Columbus, so Parise gets to play Blaiser's Bluejackets. I'll be watching that one.
  16. Well, they made a good effort, but they didn't have enough. I thought they played around with it too much at the end there, rather than generating shots. The complaint tomorrow will be the hit Irmen had on Chorney that wasn't called, and resulted in Irmen's goal. That's my prediction.
  17. Timeout North Dakota. Get it in the zone, pull Lammy, and tie it up. How easy it sounds.
  18. Irmen looks like he's playing football.
  19. Irmen takes a penalty. Here we go again.
  20. Goal!!!! Prpich.
  21. Where's Lammy been all weekend!?
  22. Wow, even Mazacco and Woog state it was a goal.
  23. No goal, but it was a goal.
  24. Looked like a goal to me!
