I just can't understand how you can cheer for the Bruins!!! Okay, actually I can see it...I used to also, until I got fed up with the Bruins management, and them trading away all their talent. Now it seems that they may be trying to get Pronger to add back on the blue line with Chara...but in order to get him, they'd have to give up Kessel. In other hockey news, it appears Steve Downie slashed some linesman in the AHL after getting mad about and empy net goal that was given to the opponents. Downie Story

AZ's correct. You see some college recruits get drafted into that league but then choose to go the college route. It's an option for players, but I don't think it's quite at the level of college hockey or the more known Canadian major junior leagues.

I notice them all over here in the south. The school district I work for is the "Warriors" and they have an Indian head for a logo. Same thing for two of our main rivals. I have yet to hear anything about changing those nicknames in the 4 years I've lived down here.

Yesterday's problem was obviously a site problem at fightingsioux.com, as multiple people were having problems getting on the site. I couldn't get it to come up at all throughout the game on either of my computers, but it comes right up today.

I wasn't aware you had to change anything in Advanced Settings. I've switched from XP to Vista and back to XP, but never had to change any Advanced Settings. Are you able to watch anything in the Multimedia section?

Agree. We have a great chance at winning the McNaughton, and BE has become the backstopper for this team...no reason to change things up in a game of this magnitude, simply to start a senior. Walski's a team guy and will want what's best for the team.

I don't mind Elias as much as Gionta (I just think Gionta has become ineffective), but IMO, Elias is a lot more selfish with the puck...will choose to shoot if he has the choice to shoot or pass.

I've done some silent cheers seeing BC on the outside of the national tournament at this time. Hoping they don't come on strong now to win the Hockey East tournament, though it wouldn't surprise me...even with BU being so strong this year. One thing York knows is how to get his boys playing hockey at tournament time.
