I'm sure it's possible, but I doubt it will ever happen. Veteran players provide an enormous amount of leadership, and I think that's one of the key components to winning the cup. Yes, players would have possibly 7 years of experience, but are still relatively young, and may not be as good as leaders as the well-seasoned veterans.
